3. Marketing
We use your identification and contact details, gender, and website behavior data for direct marketing—sending commercial communications. By this agreement, you expressly consent to receiving marketing communications at the email address you provided during registration. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. Each marketing email includes an option to unsubscribe.

With your explicit consent, we may also send you inspiring offers from third parties or use your email address for remarketing and ad targeting on Facebook for a maximum of 3 years from consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time using our contact details.

4. Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
Our employees and collaborators have access to your personal data. They are bound by confidentiality agreements. In some cases, mainly when we cannot ensure personal data processing ourselves, we use third-party services and applications, typically those specializing in processing and fully compliant with GDPR. All third-party processors are bound by confidentiality agreements and formal contracts with us. This primarily includes suppliers in server infrastructure, security, and accounting.

5. How We Protect Your Personal Data
We always protect your personal data to the maximum extent possible. We use modern technologies that correspond to the current level of technological development. We do everything possible to prevent misuse, damage, or loss of your personal data. We process data exclusively within the European Union or in countries that ensure an adequate level of protection based on a European Commission decision.

You have full rights to information. This right is fulfilled through this information page on personal data processing policies. You also have full access rights. You can ask us at any time, e.g., via email at info@svtech.cz, what personal data we process about you and why. Our customer service will respond within thirty days and provide all necessary documentation. You are entitled to three such inquiries per calendar year.
